Order & Service Confirmation
An order or service is confirmed once the proof, quote or plan is approved and any required advance payment is received.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified at the time of quotation; production or campaign work begins only after approval and agreed payment.
Intellectual Property
Artwork supplied by the customer remains the customer's property. Artwork designed by Basundhara Enterprise remains our property unless a separate transfer agreement is made.
Travel Junction Listings
Listings are subject to review and may be declined or removed if information is inaccurate or the business does not meet our directory standards.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion between the customer and Basundhara Enterprise before further action is pursued.
