Before Approval
Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if cancellation is requested before proof or plan approval and before work has started.
After Approval
Once approved and production or campaign work begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled, as materials and time have already been committed.
Errors On Our Part
If a completed print job does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will reprint at no cost or issue a partial/full refund where reprinting isn't feasible.

Refunds for marketing retainers or Travel Junction listing fees are governed by the specific service agreement signed with the client.
